General Applications
☆ USD only (prices already include PayPal/VGen fees).☆ Clients must be 18+ to commission.☆ I may decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or violates these terms.☆ Not allowed: porn, gore, fetishes, violence, controversial symbols, or explicit sexual references.☆ SFW and artistic nudity are acceptable (no extra charge).☆ DNI: zoo, pedo, pro-shipper.
Payment & Process
☆ Full payment upfront is required.
☆ NO REFUNDS
☆ Complex characters or backgrounds = extra cost.☆ Major changes after the sketch stage = additional fee.☆ I will consider your ideas and references, but I keep creative freedom to adapt them in the best possible way.☆ I will provide WIPs (sketch, lineart, color) for minor corrections.☆ Final delivery via Gmail or Drive.☆ Do not remove my watermark/signature.
Usage Rights
☆ Personal use allowed (icons, social media, streaming, etc.).☆ Not allowed: reselling, heavy modification, NFT, or AI usage.☆ Commercial use requires a license (+50% fee).☆ I retain copyright and may showcase the work.
Adoptables
☆ Payment via PayPal (USD only), within 24h max.☆ Not allowed: copying, tracing, or reselling for more than you paid (unless extra paid art is included).☆ You may edit on a new canvas/layer, but not alter the original artwork.☆ Commercial use = +50% fee.☆ Auctions: bids cannot be withdrawn.

☆+30% fee (if accepted).☆Only for 18+ clients.☆I only draw fictional characters who are canonically adults.☆I do not draw loli/shota, unusual fetishes, or real people.

● Breaking these terms may result in:● Cancellation of the commission.● Loss of usage rights.● Legal action if necessary.
